The so called manager from Benchmark called using her personal cell stating we were going to get charged 100$ for these wrist bands. Again, no explanation was given from the beginning on what these were for. However, a day after we got back, we received a call from Benchmark regarding 4 missing wrist bands. We were trying to overlook all of the little things that were adding up because we were on vacation and wanted to enjoy the trip. We made the best of it since we had no choice. Which it was and that really wasnt an issue. We read the other reviews and knew it was a dated condo. The wifi was unusable so no wifi for our phones and the smart TVs were really slow and mostly unusable because of that. There was another one hidden away in one of the cabinets. Tried to make some toast the first morning. Not good enough when we are spending over 2k. Realized they left 1 roll of TP in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels for our 7-night stay. 2 ice cube trays in the freezer were both empty. Needed to make some drinks after our long drive in. They did leave some rubber wrist bands laying on the counter presumably for **. Proceeded to checkin and there were no instructions about anything other than the checkout process. When we arrived we called to ask if we could checkin an hour early when we got there. They insisted on messaging ** outside of Airbnb which shouldnt be the case.

We had to call/message them to get the checkin code and instructions. Super unprofessional company that is doing the bare minimum (sometimes less) than they have to.
